What a dingy dark hole the Montague Road East car park is! Tucked away underneath an office block, most of its lighting was not working making it dark and unwelcoming even during the day.

I doubt many women would use this car park because of that fact.

Also, apart from the Blenheim Centre and Treaty Centre, the car parks in Hounslow town centre are generally a bit of disgrace. Ok they serve their primary purpose, to park cars, but they're mostly dirty, overgrown with weeds, strewn with litter and generally unwelcoming.

Compare that with Kingston town centre where the car parks are of a much better standard.
