About My Organisation

Careers Development Group (CDG) is a leading welfare to work charity with 30 years’ experience of helping people find and stay in work. CDG is one of only two charities in the UK delivering the Work Programme (the government’s new back to work scheme) as a prime provider.

Many of the people we support have multiple barriers to employment, including lack of recent work experience, disabilities, health problems and lack of relevant employability skills. We provide training, work experience and the support necessary to enable our jobseekers to achieve a better quality of life.
